Weston has spent over a decade building and leading engineering teams at companies like SpaceX, AWS, and UCLA Health. He's managed cloud infrastructure at scale, built SRE practices from scratch, and led teams through HIPAA compliance, rapid growth, and complex migrations.

With an MBA from the University of Denver ('25), Weston combines hands-on technical depth with financial acumen and operational discipline. His approach to acquisition is distinctly operator-first: he doesn't just buy businesses — he builds the systems that make them run better.

Weston is focused on acquiring and operating small businesses along Colorado's Front Range, with a particular emphasis on B2B services companies where technology can unlock outsized improvements.

Olivia brings a sharp finance and operations background to Ridgeline. After earning her BA in Economics from Boston University, she completed an MS in Finance at CU Boulder's Leeds School of Business, where she developed deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.

Her career spans fintech operations — where she managed merchant onboarding and scaled payment processing workflows — and strategy consulting at Bridgepoint Advisory, where she led due diligence workstreams and built financial models for M&A transactions in the $1M–$10M range.

At Ridgeline, Olivia manages deal flow, coordinates due diligence, and keeps the acquisition pipeline moving. She's the operational backbone that turns Weston's vision into executed deals.
